Panasonic Residential Virtual Interactive House

This project was developed for Panasonic’s Residential Products Division as an interactive virtual house, accessible online via any web browser. Built in the Unity gaming engine and deployed with WebGL, the environment allowed users to freely navigate a detailed 3D home and explore Panasonic’s complete product ecosystem—including HVAC, solar, lighting, power, and alarm solutions.

The experience was designed primarily as a sales and education tool, making it easy for users to “walk through” each room. Interactive hotspots highlighted every Panasonic product within the space. Clicking on an icon would launch a pop-up with videos, PDFs, or detailed product information, giving visitors immediate access to rich content and technical specs.

All content and product information was managed through a back-end database, so Panasonic’s team could easily update, add, or swap out products as needed—keeping the experience fresh and always up to date.
