Immersive Projection Mapping for Major Medical Distribution Sales Conference at ARIA, Las Vegas

Overview

For their national sales conference, our client wanted to make a memorable impact and turn standard event spaces into immersive environments. We were brought in to concept, design, and execute large-scale projection mapping installations that would transform the event’s energy and deliver standout attendee experiences.

The Challenge

The client’s vision: Convert a high-traffic 200-foot-long, 30-foot-tall corridor between ARIA’s major ballrooms into a dynamic, animated art experience—seamlessly tying into the conference’s “Art of Care” theme. Additionally, they wanted to make the evening pool party unforgettable with innovative visual effects.

Our Approach
• Projection Mapping:
We designed a full environmental takeover using a dozen high-definition projectors, covering walls and ceilings with custom content inspired by Van Gogh and impressionist art, as well as branded visual storytelling.
• Content Creation:
Our team handled all creative—storyboarding, animation, editing, and audio—delivering a looping program that evolved throughout the day. Content transitioned from calming daytime scenes to energetic, celebratory looks for evening events.
• Live Show Management:
We ran all technical operations during the event, managing playback, transitions, and troubleshooting in real time for a seamless guest experience.
• Poolside Spectacle:
For the evening party, we projection-mapped the bottom of the ARIA’s swimming pool—an ARIA first—and created a three-dimensional, interactive fountain projection, turning the pool area into an ever-changing visual showpiece.

Results

The projection-mapped corridor became the talk of the event—guests lingered, took photos, and shared widely on social media. The themed visuals enhanced the conference’s messaging, while the poolside show created a signature “wow” moment, helping the client set a new standard for immersive event experiences at ARIA. The event was widely praised by both the client and attendees, with a marked boost in social engagement and brand perception.
