Our team, in partnership with a premier exhibit house, engineered an experience that enveloped visitors in the heart of Panasonic’s fabrication technology, powered by spectacular AV integration and content.

Project Objective & Role

Objective:
To create a booth environment that not only showcased Panasonic Connect’s fabrication solutions, but also told a compelling brand story through immersive, high-impact visuals and presentation areas.

Our Role:
We worked closely with Panasonic’s team and the exhibit builder from concept to execution, overseeing all aspects of AV integration:
• Designed and managed all AV presentation areas
• Developed a 360-degree projection banner, 70 feet by 70 feet and 10 feet tall, blending 12 projectors into a seamless visual canvas
• Produced all custom content, including branded animations, text, and music
• Integrated and programmed a full lighting rig to highlight machinery and guide visitor flow

Key Innovations & Execution
• 360-Degree Projection Banner:
The centerpiece of the booth, this massive, immersive display wrapped the entire exhibit in motion graphics and messaging. Meticulously mapped and blended across 12 projectors, it offered a seamless, panoramic storytelling surface—delivering Panasonic’s brand narrative with cinematic flair.
• Custom Content Creation:
We didn’t just install the tech; we created all the branded content in-house. Visitors experienced synchronized animations, bold text reveals, and high-energy music—all designed to spotlight Panasonic’s machines and expertise.
• Dynamic AV Presentation Areas:
Multiple demo and presentation stations equipped with flawless audio and video, allowing Panasonic engineers to demonstrate product capabilities live to prospective clients.
• Integrated Lighting Design:
A purpose-built lighting rig ensured every key machine, product, and pathway was perfectly illuminated—enhancing product visibility, guiding attendees, and creating a visually cohesive booth environment.

• Massive Projection, Seamless Blend:
Covering a 70x70 perimeter with 12 projectors required precise geometry, calibration, and content mapping—executed flawlessly under tight show build schedules.
• Brand Messaging in Motion:
Animated graphics and music were created to unify the brand narrative, keep energy high, and make the Panasonic Connect message impossible to miss—even from across the show floor.
• AV Redundancy & Reliability:
With multiple presentations and high-value demo equipment, all AV was installed and tested for maximum reliability, minimizing risk during live demos and presentations.
